The Allied Health Clinic's experienced physiotherapists work with people of all ages to treat pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injury. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or dealing with sports injuries, we create personalised treatment plans to help you reach your goals.
Through targeted techniques such as joint mobilisation, soft tissue release, dry needling, cupping, targeted exercise and manual stretching, we address the root cause of discomfort rather than just the symptoms. FAQs.
An Allied Health Clinic promise to making your physiotherapy experience simple and stress-free. Here are some of the most common questions our clients ask about Private Health, Medicare, NDIS, Aged Care, and insurance-covered services.
Do you accept NDIS participants?

Yes, we are a registered NDIS provider. We support self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants. Our physiotherapists help you achieve your NDIS goals by improving your mobility, independence, and quality of life — whether at home, in the community, or in our clinic.

Are you registered for Workers Compensation and CTP claims?

Yes, we are SIRA-accredited, which means we can provide physiotherapy treatment for WorkCover and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claims. Once your claim is approved, we can bill your insurer directly — so there are no out-of-pocket costs for approved treatment sessions.

Do you work with Aged Care, Home Care Packages and the new Support at Home program that rolled out on 1st November 2025?

Yes, we are compliant with Aged Care and Support at Home (Home Care Package) programs and partner with selected aged care providers.
We provide physiotherapy and wellness services for older adults to help:
-
Improve balance and reduce falls risk
-
Maintain strength, mobility, and independence
-
Support post-surgery or hospital recovery
-
Manage chronic pain and age-related conditions

We work closely with your care coordinator or provider to ensure your services meet your care plan goals.

Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?

You don’t need a referral if you’re a private, NDIS, or Aged Care Home Care Package client.
However, referrals are required for Workers Compensation, CTP, or Medicare EPC (Care Plan) claims from your GP or treating doctor.

Can you visit me at home or in an aged care facility?
Yes. We offer home and aged care facility visits for eligible NDIS participants, aged care clients, and individuals with limited mobility.
Our physiotherapists bring all necessary equipment to provide safe, effective care in the comfort of your home.
Current suburbs we visit include:
Holsworthy, Wattle Grove, Moorebank, Voyager Point, Pleasure Point, East Hills, Panania, Milperra, Georges Hall, Chipping Norton, Casula, Liverpool, Glenfield, Lurnea, Ashcroft, Prestons, Hammondville, Sandy Point, Revesby, Revesby Heights, Padstow, Padstow Heights, Mount Pritchard, Warwick Farm, Bass Hill, Lidcombe, Auburn, Berala, Rookwood, Homebush West, Regents Park, Silverwater, and Newington.

Do I have to pay a gap for my physiotherapy sessions?

Gap payments depend on the type of funding or cover you have:

-
Private Health Insurance: Most funds cover part of your appointment. You’ll only need to pay the gap (the difference between your health fund rebate and our session fee).
-
NDIS, Workers Compensation, and CTP (SIRA) clients: There is no gap payment for approved sessions — we bill your provider or insurer directly.
-
Aged Care / Home Care Packages: In most cases, payments are made through your care provider. If any gap or co-payment applies, we’ll confirm this before starting treatment.
-
Medicare (EPC/Chronic Disease Management Plan): You only pay the gap between the Medicare rebate and our fee.
We’re transparent with our fees — any out-of-pocket cost will always be discussed before your first appointment.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your individual condition and goals. After your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will create a personalised treatment plan outlining your recommended session frequency and expected outcomes.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring:
-
Any referral letters or medical documentation
-
Imaging results (X-rays, MRI, etc.)
-
Your NDIS, CTP, Workers Comp, or Aged Care details (if applicable)
-
Comfortable clothing suitable for movement

How do I book an appointment?

You can , call our clinic, or email our admin team.
If you’re an NDIS, Aged Care, CTP, or Workers Comp client, we’ll assist with all necessary paperwork and communicate directly with your provider or insurer.

Can you coordinate care with my GP, support coordinator, or case manager?

Yes! We believe in a team-based approach. With your consent, we collaborate with your GP, support coordinator, or case manager to ensure consistent communication and optimal results.
